Simply put, Cassava's OATs serve as a digital ledger, encapsulating the record of all your life's accomplishments.

CB Points

CB Points refer to the unit of rewards within the Cassava rewards system. This reward model has been internally developed by the Cassava team. CB Points are not cryptocurrencies and do not have an on-chain presence. Since CB Points are not cryptocurrencies, they cannot be purchased, sold, or traded on exchanges. They can only be earned as rewards by performing simple tasks on Cassava.

CB Points offer several utilities, including:

• Conversion to $CSV: CB Points can be converted into $CSV using a consistent, algorithmically driven mechanism provided by Cassava.

• Purchase of Mystery Boxes Containing Diverse Gifts: CB Points enable users to purchase mystery boxes on the Cassava platform. These boxes carry a variety of surprise rewards such as stablecoins, tokens, NFTs, airtime, vouchers, and more.

• Redeemable for Both On-Chain and Off-Chain Items: Users accumulating CB Points can redeem them for both on-chain and off-chain items. These include stablecoins, NFTs, event tickets, movie tickets, airtime, and various other real-world items.

• Access to Airdrops: Cassava will collaborate with various brands to airdrop rewards to users who actively engage with the Cassava platform.

• Participation in Tasks with Higher Rewards: CB Points grant users access to participate in tasks that offer higher rewards.

• Discounts Across Partner Networks: CB Points can be used to avail discounts across the network of our partners.

$CSV

$CSV is the official token of Cassava built for governance and value accrual. Cassava provides a consistent algorithmic mechanism allowing CB Points to be converted into $CSV.

$CSV is mainly used for incentivizing Cassava contributors, African market partners, liquidity providers, and all other important roles in the Cassava ecosystem. It also encourages more users to participate in the governance of Cassava. $CSV confers DAO voting rights, entitles the holder to revenue sharing and unlocks extra benefits.
